Our billing is not flat rate. Each job is unique. Any pricing included below represents the typical amount we charge for the service. If your situation will incur extra costs, we will let you know before proceeding with the job. Likewise, if your job uses less labor and materials than typical, your invoice will reflect that. You pay for the service you receive, not the worst case scenario.

Water Heaters

Below are our typical rates for standard water heater replacements:

50 gal Electric Water Heater - $1050

40 gal Natural Gas Atmospheric Vent Water Heater - $1350

40 gal Natural Gas Power Vent Water Heater - $2300

Water Conditioning

We will test your water to evaluate recommended treatment.

Water Softener Installation (1 cu. ft) - $1650
Water Softener Replacement (1 cu. ft) - $1475

Acid Neutralizer Installation - $1450

UV Light - $950

Heating and Cooling

We install and service Gas, Oil, and Electric Furnaces and Boilers as well as Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps.

Offerings from Fujitsu, Daikin, and LG can tastefully improve the efficiency of your home. Contact us to discuss how a ductless system can work for you.

Rates

Our Hourly Rate is $95/hour. We bill in quarter hour increments after the first hour. There are no additional call out fees or trip charges for work in our local area.
